Product delivery
Delivery is considered to have occurred at the time the user or a third party indicated by the user acquires the material possession of the products. The delivery time of the order will vary according to the shipping method selected by the user and will also depend on the mail service. If the delivery date cannot be met, we will inform the user of this circumstance.
If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, the user will be responsible for receiving the product, and releasing Master Grace for any type of loss, theft, or destruction of the purchased goods. Price and Payment

Payment with Credit or Debit Card
Master Grace reserves the right NOT to accept certain payments with certain credit cards. The charge is made online. Customer data will be protected with complete confidentiality and protection. Credit or debit cards will be subject to verification by their entity, but if the said entity does not authorize payment, Master Grace is not responsible for any delay or non-delivery.

Payments with PayPal
Payments with PayPal are made directly on the PayPal website, following the conditions of use established by PayPal. In case of not paying the order within 1 hour, Master Grace will consider the order canceled.
Payments by sending money
The user must send proof of money sent, identifying the name of the person who sends the money, the number and date of transfer, and for what destination. The user must send a copy or screenshot of the receipt.
Orders for goods and services will not be processed until Master Grace can verify receipt of the money sent.
Disclaimer
Master Grace is exonerated from responsibility and charge for interruptions of the web, failures, and any other type of problem of the same. Master Grace will not be responsible for problems any electronic devices may suffer used by the user after using our website.
Master Grace will not be responsible for the Hacking of data that the website may suffer from 3rd parties
Provision of Services
Once the purchase has been verified by Master Grace, the product will be received by WhatsApp or by email within the period that Master Grace will indicate, according to the availability of time that she has at the time of purchase. Master Grace will not be responsible for the delay in the delivery of the corresponding service in case of illness or any other circumstance not attributable to her responsibility.
In this case, Master Grace will agree with the user on a new service delivery date.
